DALLAS, TX – This January, Fathom CEO & Founder, Josh Harley, was recognized by REAL Trends as a real estate “Game Changer”. The REAL Trends Game Changers lists recognizes “real estate industry professionals who REAL Trends thinks have the potential to change the game of real estate in the coming year.”

This list is not created through submissions, but is instead curated solely out of REAL Trends research and opinion. A designated committee produced profiles for over 125 industry professionals, out of which this years Game Changers were decided.

REAL Trends President, Steve Murray, is quoted, “It occurred to our team that there are a fairly small group of people who, because of their position, products or services, are currently playing a hot hand or have the real ability to change the game. This impactful group changes and shifts all the time. None of us know how much they will change the business, but our bet is these few will have outside impact.”

This recognition comes after a year of many accolades for Harley and Fathom. Fathom was recognized by REAL Trends Top Five Hundred 2018 as #24 in the largest independent brokerages, and #46 in the largest brokerages overall. Fathom was listed in the Inc.500/5000 for the fifth year in a row. In November 2018, Dallas Morning News Top 100 Places to Work awarded Fathom as the #1 place to work in Dallas (large companies), and Josh Harley was awarded the top CEO award for Dallas.
