Level 1:
Stock Grants
Stock Grants
Earn $250 in stock grants for every agent you refer to Fathom. Referred Agents must stay with Fathom Realty for 60 days.
Level 2:
Refer four agents who join Fathom, and you will become Capped for Life in addition to the stock grants you earn per agent. Referred agents must have completed at least two transactions in the past 12 months and stay with Fathom for a minimum of 60 days to count toward the four agents referred. Once you CAP4LIFE, you will no longer pay Fathom’s standard transaction fee, only the Capped Transaction Fee for as long as you are with Fathom.
Level 3:
Refer four more agents, for eight total agents, who join Fathom and become FREE4Life in addition to the stock grants you earn per agent referral. You will never pay another fee to Fathom once you are FREE4Life! (excludes commercial and 3rd party fees). You read that right when you achieve FREE4Life status, NO Annual Fee, NO Transaction Fees, and NO Risk Management Fees, ever. Referred agents must have completed at least two transactions in the past 12 months and stay with Fathom for a minimum of 60 days to count toward the eight agents referred.
Note that achieving CAP4Life and FREE4Life status does not replace stock incentives for referrals. Instead, it stacks on top, giving you massive cash and stock benefits simply for referring a few agents to our Fathom family.

*Team Leaders are eligible to earn CAP4Life or FREE4Life Status as part of Fathom’s Referral Program for referrals of team members and non-team members who join Fathom. Team leaders can apply up to four team members toward their CAP4Life goal. Beyond those first four team members, they will receive the $250 in stock grants, however, they will need to refer an additional four agents directly to Fathom (outside their team) to achieve FREE4Life status.
For example, if you are a Team Leader with nine agents, you will receive $2,250 in Stock Grants and achieve CAP4Life status. To achieve FREE4Life, you will need to refer an additional four (4) agents to Fathom who do not join your team. Team Leaders referring agents to their team will be awarded $250 in stock grants for each team member hired.
