P Platinum Plan
The Platinum Plan is the best 100% commission plan for Realtors and/or real estate teams that close 13 or more deals per year. If you know you are going to close at least 13 properties per year then the Platinum plan is by far the best plan for you.
- Monthly fee: $350
- Transaction Fee – Sale: $50
- Transaction Fee – Lease $50
G Gold Plan
The Gold Plan is our most popular 100% commission plan. If you know you are going to close between 3 and 12 properties per year then this plan is perfect for you.
- Monthly fee: $99
- Transaction Fee – Sale: $295
- Transaction Fee – Lease $75
S Silver Plan
The Silver Plan is perfect for new agents, dual career agents and agents that want to stay active in real estate. What a great way to earn extra money and supplement your income. If you know you are going to close one or two properties per year then this plan is perfect for you.
- Monthly fee: $25
- 10% commission split on sales ($350 minimum on sales)
- Transaction Fee – Lease $75
